Product Parameters

The HYF (FYS) submersible pump is an engineering marvel, meticulously crafted with a pump body, pump cover, impeller, and shaft. It features an elastic coupling, pipe flange, guide bearing, intermediate connecting pipe, and outlet—all working in harmony.
This sophisticated pump is composed of various essential components including pipes, bearing frames, base plates, and motor frames, ensuring robust performance and stability.
Ingeniously designed, the suction port of the pump is aligned along the axis direction, while the outlet is strategically positioned parallel to the axis for optimal flow.
With precision engineering, the pump rotates clockwise when observed from the suction port towards the motor section, ensuring seamless operation.
The vertical motor is securely fastened to the motor seat using bolts, ensuring direct transmission to the pump through an elastic coupling, pump body, intermediate connection pipe, and pump frame, providing reliable and efficient performance.
The outlet pipe, along with the pipe flange and bolted connection, form a unified structure fixed on the bottom plate, facilitating sturdy and stable installation on the container. The HYF type pump efficiently directs flow outwards.
Crafted with durability in mind, major components like the motor base and pump frame are constructed from cast iron, while the bottom plate is made of resilient polypropylene, ensuring long-lasting reliability.
The pump’s axial and radial forces, driven by water pressure during operation and the weight of the impeller and rotor, are expertly managed by the one-way bearing box for optimal functionality.
Equipped with thrust ball bearings and single row radial ball bearings, along with a sliding guide shaft, the pump ensures safe and efficient operation. The bearings are lubricated using butter for smooth operation.
To maintain optimal performance, the pump utilizes the liquid being transported for lubrication. Thus, it is critical that the liquid level remains above the centerline of the impeller during operation.
The HYF corrosion-resistant liquid centrifugal series is innovatively designed with options for intermediate guide bearing structures and non-immersed bearing structures, catering to different lengths of the length L extending into the container.
