Service Policy
The goods provided by the seller will fully comply with the contract requirements, ensuring they are suitable for the intended use in design and construction. They will meet or exceed all performance metrics and tolerances, and will be rigorously tested as per the contract provisions and attachments to demonstrate their capability and conformity to the technical specifications and performance data.
Should any part of the goods fail to meet the contract requirements, the seller is obligated to remedy the defects, inspect, and retest the goods for the buyer at no additional cost. This must be completed within the agreed timeframe. If the defects cannot be rectified, the buyer has the right to reject the goods. In such cases, the seller must replace the rejected goods with suitable alternatives that meet contract requirements, ensuring replacement is done within the originally agreed delivery date.
The seller must uphold an effective quality assurance system throughout the organizational process, adhering to the ISO9000 series 2000 edition standards. The products must also comply with the HSE management system standard, specifically OSHA180001/HSE.
The warranty period for the 4 pumps is 18 months from the date of shipment or 12 months after operation. During this period, any manufacturing quality issues will be rectified with free part replacements by the supplier. Additionally, the supplier will offer timely assistance for any pump malfunctions caused by the buyer. The warranty period for replaced parts is guaranteed for one year.

3. What about the lead time for mass production?
Honestly, it depends on the order quantity and the season you place the order. The lead time of MOQ is about 30 to 45 days(Except for the selected brand).Generally speaking, we suggest that you start inquiry two months before the date you would like to get the product at your country.

4. What is your terms of delivery?
