Comprehensive Service Policy
The goods supplied by the seller are guaranteed to fully meet the contract requirements and are meticulously designed and constructed for their intended use. They will meet or surpass all performance metrics and tolerances. Rigorous testing in accordance with the contract and its attachments will be conducted to ensure compliance with technical specifications and performance data.
Should any part of the goods fail to comply with the contract, the seller is obligated to remedy the defect, inspect, and re-test the goods at no additional cost, completing these tasks within the mutually agreed timeframe. If the issue is irremediable, the buyer has the right to reject the goods, and the seller must replace the rejected items with suitable alternatives within the originally agreed delivery schedule.
The seller will maintain an effective quality assurance system meeting ISO9000 series 2000 edition standards. The products will also comply with HSE management system standards, specifically OSHA180001/HSE.
The warranty period for the 4 pumps is 18 months from shipment or 12 months post-operation. During this time, the supplier will replace any parts free of charge due to manufacturing defects. Should any malfunctions arise due to buyer-related issues, the supplier will offer timely assistance. The warranty for replaced parts extends for one additional year.

3. What about the lead time for mass production?
Honestly, it depends on the order quantity and the season you place the order. The lead time of MOQ is about 30 to 45 days(Except for the selected brand).Generally speaking, we suggest that you start inquiry two months before the date you would like to get the product at your country.
