The HCZ Series Standardized Chemical Pump is a horizontal, single-stage, single-suction centrifugal pump, meticulously engineered to meet and exceed DIN24256/ISO2858 standards in both size and performance.
The HCZ Series offers an impressive performance range that encompasses all the capabilities of the IH Series Standardized Chemical Pumps. It surpasses the IH Series with enhanced efficiency, superior cavitation performance, and other key performance indicators.
The HCZ Series is designed for seamless interchangeability with the IH Type Pump, allowing it to be used as a direct replacement or as a single machine in various applications.

Application Range and Product Features
The shaft seal pressure is expertly balanced by secondary blade or impeller balance holes. It can be sealed with either cooled or uncooled soft packing.
Additionally, a variety of structures for single and double end mechanical seals can be implemented (both balanced and unbalanced types).
Durable ball bearings with ample shaft diameter ensure smooth, reliable operation. Double screw shell designs in some pump body specifications efficiently balance radial forces.
The robust bearing frame, including the shaft, impeller, and packing box, forms an integrated assembly for easy maintenance without pipe removal (with extended coupling).

Service Policy
The goods provided by the seller must fully comply with contractual requirements, ensuring suitability in design and construction for the intended use. Goods must meet or exceed all performance values and tolerances, and be tested according to contract provisions to demonstrate compliance with technical specifications and performance data.
If any goods or parts thereof fail to comply with contract provisions, the seller must remedy the defect or inspect and retest the goods free of charge, without financial restrictions, and complete the work within the agreed time. If the defect cannot be corrected, the buyer has the right to reject the goods. In such a case, the seller must replace the rejected goods with suitable alternatives, completing the replacement within the original contract delivery timeframe.
The seller must implement an effective quality assurance system during organizational processes, meeting requirements specified in the ISO 9000 series 2000 edition. Products provided must comply with HSE management system standards, specifically OSHA 180001/HSE.
The warranty period for the four pumps is 18 months from shipment date or 12 months after operation. During this period, any manufacturing quality issues will be resolved with free parts replacement. For malfunctions due to buyer's reasons, the supplier will provide timely assistance. The warranty for replaced parts extends for one year.
