Designed for optimal flow, the pump's suction port aligns perfectly with the axis direction, while the outlet maintains a parallel orientation to the axis, ensuring seamless water movement.
For consistent performance, the pump rotates in a clockwise direction when viewed from the suction port towards the motor section, delivering reliable and efficient operation.
The vertical motor is securely fastened to the motor seat with heavy-duty bolts. It transmits power directly to the pump through an elastic coupling, connecting efficiently with the pump body, intermediate connection pipe, and pump frame.
Featuring a meticulously designed outlet pipe, pipe flange, and secure bolted connection, this assembly forms a cohesive unit that is firmly anchored to the bottom plate. The entire pump is effortlessly installed in the container through this bottom plate, ensuring a stable and reliable setup.
Crafted with durability in mind, major components such as the motor base and pump frame are constructed from high-grade cast iron, while the bottom plate is made of resilient polypropylene, ensuring long-lasting performance and resistance to wear.
The pump's axial and radial forces, including the water pressure generated during operation and the weight of the impeller and rotor, are expertly managed by a robust one-way bearing box installed within the system.
Equipped with precision thrust ball bearings, single row radial ball bearings, and a sturdy sliding guide shaft, this pump ensures safe and consistent operation. The bearings are lubricated with high-quality butter, while the guide bearing is lubricated by the liquid being transported.
For optimal efficiency, the liquid level must always be higher than the centerline of the impeller during operation, utilizing the liquid itself to lubricate the system and maintain performance.
The HYF corrosion-resistant liquid centrifugal series offers versatility with its intermediate guide bearing structure and non-immersed bearing structure, dependent on the varying lengths of the extension into the container.

Service Policy
The goods provided by the seller must fully comply with contract requirements, ensuring suitability in design and construction for the intended use. All performance values and tolerances must meet or exceed specifications. The goods must undergo testing as per the contract and its attachments to verify their compliance with technical specifications and performance data.
If any part of the goods fails to meet contract provisions, the seller is obligated to rectify the defect, inspect, and retest the goods at no financial cost to the buyer, within an agreed timeframe. Should the goods remain non-compliant, the buyer reserves the right to reject them. In such cases, the seller must replace the rejected goods or provide suitable alternatives to meet contract requirements, ensuring completion within the original contract delivery date.
The seller must implement an effective quality assurance system aligned with the IS09000 series 2000 edition. Additionally, all products must meet the HSE management system standard requirements, specifically 0SHA180001/HSE.
The warranty period for the 4 pumps is 18 months from the shipment date or 12 months after operational use. Within this period, should any manufacturing quality issues arise, the supplier will replace the parts free of charge. If pump malfunctions occur due to the buyer's usage, the supplier will provide prompt assistance. Replaced parts carry a one-year warranty.
