Application Range and Product Features
The pressure acting on the shaft seal is expertly balanced by the balance holes on the secondary blades or impellers. The shaft seal can be equipped with soft packing, which can be optionally cooled.
Furthermore, the pump can utilize various structures of single and double-end mechanical seals, including balanced types, to meet diverse sealing requirements.
Durable ball bearings and ample shaft diameter ensure smooth and reliable operation. Certain pump body specifications incorporate double screw shells to balance radial forces effectively.
The bearing frame, which includes the shaft, impeller, and packing box, forms a comprehensive component system, allowing for easy maintenance of the pump body without pipeline removal (when using an extended coupling).
With this design, the motor remains in place during maintenance. The flange design accommodates PN16 and PN25 standards (material-dependent) and is also compatible with ANSI 125.

Service Policy
The goods provided by the seller must fully comply with the contract requirements, ensuring suitability for the intended design and construction purposes. They must meet or exceed all performance values and tolerances, and be rigorously tested as per the contract's provisions and attachments to demonstrate compliance with technical specifications and performance data.
If any goods or parts thereof fail to comply with the contract provisions, the seller is obligated to remedy the defect, inspect, and retest the goods for the buyer at no additional cost and within the agreed-upon timeframe. Should the goods remain non-compliant, the buyer has the right to reject them. In such cases, the seller must replace the unsatisfactory goods with suitable alternatives that meet the contract requirements, ensuring completion within the originally agreed delivery date.
The seller is required to implement an effective quality assurance system throughout the organizational process, adhering to the IS09000 series 2000 edition standards. Additionally, the products provided must comply with the HSE management system standard, specifically 0SHA180001/HSEo.
The warranty period for the 4 pumps extends to 18 months from the date of shipment or 12 months after operation. During this period, any manufacturing quality issues will be rectified by the supplier with free part replacements. If any pump malfunctions occur due to the buyer's reasons, the supplier will provide prompt assistance. The warranty for replaced parts extends for one year.
