Service Policy
The goods provided by the seller must unequivocally meet all contract specifications and be suitable for their intended design and construction purposes. They must fulfill or surpass all performance values and tolerances. Also, the goods must undergo rigorous testing as per contract stipulations to validate their compliance with technical specifications and performance data.
Should any part of the goods fail to meet the contract requirements, the seller is obligated to rectify the defect or re-inspect and retest the goods at no extra cost to the buyer. This must be done within an agreed time frame. If the defect cannot be remedied, the buyer reserves the right to reject the goods. In this scenario, the seller must replace the faulty goods with suitable items that meet contract specifications, ensuring the replacement work is completed within the originally agreed delivery date.

The warranty period for the 4 pumps is 18 months from the date of shipment or 12 months after initial operation, whichever is longer.
