Service Policy
The products supplied by the seller must fully comply with the contract's specifications and be impeccably designed and constructed for their intended use. They must meet or exceed all performance metrics and tolerances. The goods will undergo rigorous testing as per the contract and its attachments to guarantee their functionality and adherence to technical specifications and performance data.
Should any part of the goods fail to meet contract stipulations, the seller is obligated to rectify the defect, inspect, and retest the goods at no extra cost and within the agreed timeframe. If the issue cannot be resolved, the buyer has the right to reject the goods. In such cases, the seller must replace the non-compliant goods with suitable alternatives that fulfill the contract's requirements, ensuring completion within the originally agreed delivery schedule.
The seller must implement a robust quality assurance system throughout the organizational process, in line with the requirements specified in the ISO9000 series 2000 edition. The products must also adhere to the HSE management system standard, specifically 0SHA180001/HSE.
The warranty period for the four pumps is 18 months from the shipment date or 12 months post-operation, whichever comes first. During this period, for any manufacturing defects, the supplier will offer free parts replacement. Should there be any malfunction due to buyer mishandling, the supplier will provide prompt assistance. The warranty for replaced parts extends for one year.

Yes. We have a professional team having rich experience in design and manufacturing. Just tell us your idea and we will help to carry out your ideas. It does not matter if you do not have someone to complete files. Send us high resolution images, your logo and text and tell us how you would like to arrange them. We will send you finished files for confirmation.

3. What about the lead time for mass production?
Honestly, it depends on the order quantity and the season you place the order. The lead time of MOQ is about 30 to 45 days(Except for the selected brand).Generally speaking, we suggest that you start inquiry two months before the date you would like to get the product at your country.

4. What is your terms of delivery?
We accept EXW, FOB, C&F and CIF, etc. You can choose the one which is the most convenient or cost effective for you.
