The suction port of this premium pump is aligned with the axis direction, while the outlet runs parallel to the same axis, ensuring seamless operation.
Engineered for precision, the pump rotates clockwise when observed from the suction port towards the motor section, delivering consistent performance.
The vertical motor of this state-of-the-art pump is securely fastened to the motor seat with bolts. It directly transmits power through a resilient elastic coupling, robust pump body, intermediary connection pipe, dependable pump frame, and more.
The outlet pipe, together with the pipe flange and bolted connection, forms a cohesive unit that is firmly anchored to the bottom plate. The entire pump assembly is installed on the container via the bottom plate, ensuring the HYF type pump operates flawlessly.
All major external components, aside from the liquid-contact parts, such as the motor base and pump frame, are expertly crafted from cast iron, while the bottom plate is made of reliable polypropylene.
The axial and radial forces of the pump, including the hydraulic pressure generated during operation, the weight of the impeller, rotor, and more, are meticulously managed by the unidirectional bearing box installed within.
To ensure safe and optimal performance, thrust ball bearings, single-row radial ball bearings, and sliding guide shafts bear the operational load. The bearing is lubricated with high-quality butter, while the guide bearing receives lubrication from the liquid being transported.
During operation, it is crucial that the liquid level remains higher than the centerline of the impeller to ensure efficient lubrication and smooth functioning.
Moreover, the HYF corrosion-resistant liquid centrifugal series is ingeniously designed with either an intermediate guide bearing structure or a non-immersed bearing structure, tailored to varying lengths (L) extending into the container.

Service Policy
The goods provided by the seller are guaranteed to fully adhere to contract specifications, designed and constructed for optimal performance; they must meet or exceed all specified tolerances and performance values. Each of the 4 pumps comes with an 18-month warranty from shipment date or 12 months of operational use. During this warranty period, the supplier will replace any parts with manufacturing defects at no cost. In case of malfunctions due to buyer's reasons, the supplier will provide prompt support. Replacement parts are guaranteed for one year from the date of replacement.
