Service Policy
The products provided by the seller are guaranteed to fully meet the contract specifications and be perfectly suited for their intended design and construction purposes. They must meet or exceed all performance values and tolerances. Rigorous testing in accordance with the contract and its attachments will confirm their compliance with the technical specifications and performance data.
Should the goods or any part thereof fail to comply with the contract terms, the seller is obligated to rectify the defect and/or re-inspect and retest the goods for the buyer at no extra cost, adhering strictly to the agreed timeline. If the goods remain non-compliant, the buyer reserves the right to reject them. The seller must then replace the rejected goods with ones that meet the contract requirements, ensuring completion within the original delivery timeframe.

Warranty: Each pump comes with an 18-month warranty from the date of shipment or 12 months from the date of operation. During this period, any manufacturing quality issues will be addressed with free part replacements. In the case of malfunctions due to buyer-related causes, the supplier will provide prompt assistance. The warranty for replaced parts extends for one year.

3. What about the lead time for mass production?
Honestly, it depends on the order quantity and the season you place the order. The lead time of MOQ is about 30 to 45 days(Except for the selected brand).Generally speaking, we suggest that you start inquiry two months before the date you would like to get the product at your country.
