The HCZ Series encompasses the entire performance range of the IH Series Standardized Chemical Pumps, but doesn't stop there. It surpasses the IH Series in efficiency, cavitation resistance, and key performance metrics, setting a new industry benchmark.
Thanks to its innovative design, the HCZ Series can be used interchangeably with IH Series pumps, offering seamless integration and unmatched flexibility in various applications.

Application Range and Product Features
The pressure on the shaft seal is balanced by balance holes on the secondary blades or impellers. The shaft seal can be sealed with soft packing, which may or may not require cooling.
Additionally, various configurations of single and double-end mechanical seals can be employed (including balanced types).
Durable ball bearings and ample shaft diameter ensure smooth operation. Certain specifications feature double screw shells to balance radial forces.
The bearing frame, incorporating the shaft, impeller, and packing box, creates a composite component, facilitating maintenance without removing the pump body from the pipeline (when using an extended coupling).
When utilizing the shaft, the motor remains intact. The flange design is adaptable, using PN16 and PN25 (material dependent), and is also compatible with ANSI125.
This design can handle pressures up to 150 pounds per square inch.

Service Policy
The products supplied by the seller are guaranteed to fully adhere to the contract requirements, be suitable for the intended design and construction use, and meet or surpass all performance metrics and tolerances. Each product shall undergo rigorous testing as specified in the contract and its attachments to validate compliance with technical specifications and performance standards.
Should any product or component fail to meet contract provisions, the seller is obligated to rectify the defect, perform inspections, and retest the product at no additional cost. This must be completed within the timeframe agreed upon by both parties. If the issues cannot be resolved, the buyer has the right to reject the product, and the seller must replace the defective goods with suitable alternatives within the original delivery schedule.
The seller must maintain an effective quality assurance system in line with the ISO 9000 series (2000 edition) requirements. All products must comply with HSE management standards, specifically OSHA180001/HSE.
The warranty period for the four pumps is 18 months from the shipment date or 12 months post-operation, whichever is earlier. During this period, any issues arising from manufacturing defects will result in free part replacements by the supplier. For malfunctions caused by the buyer, the supplier will still provide prompt assistance. Replaced parts come with a one-year warranty.
