Boasting an impressive range, the HCZ series standardized chemical pumps encompass the full performance spectrum of the IH series standardized chemical pumps. With unmatched efficiency, superior cavitation performance, and other exceptional indicators, the HCZ series is truly a cut above the rest.
Ingeniously designed, our HCZ series pump can be flawlessly interchanged with the IH type pump, offering seamless integration and operational versatility as a singular machinery unit.

Application Range and Product Features
The shaft seal pressure is balanced by the balance holes on the secondary blades or impellers, allowing for efficient seals with soft packing, which can be cooled or non-cooled based on requirements.
Also compatible with various single and double end mechanical seals, including balanced types, providing flexibility in sealing solutions.
Durable ball bearings and ample shaft diameter ensure smooth and long-lasting operation. Certain pump bodies feature double screw shells to balance radial forces.
The bearing frame, inclusive of the shaft, impeller, and packing box, forms a composite component allowing for easy maintenance without pipeline disassembly when using an extended coupling.
The motor does not need removal when using the shaft. Flange designs are available in PN16 and PN25, with adaptability to ANSI125 standards.

Service Policy
