Our Service Policy
The goods provided by the seller are guaranteed to fully comply with the contractual requirements, ensuring they are perfectly suited for the intended purpose in design and construction. They must meet or exceed all specified performance values and tolerances. The products will undergo rigorous testing as outlined in the contract and its annexes to verify their compliance with the technical specifications and performance data.
Should the goods or any part fail to conform to the contract, the seller is obligated to rectify the defect and/or inspect and retest the goods at no cost to the buyer. This must be done within the time agreed upon by both parties. If the defects cannot be remedied, the buyer reserves the right to reject the goods. In such cases, the seller must replace the defective goods with suitable alternatives that meet the contract requirements. This replacement must be completed within the originally agreed delivery timeframe.
The seller is required to implement a robust quality assurance system consistent with the IS09000 series 2000 edition standards. The products provided must also comply with the HSE management system standards, specifically 0SHA180001/HSEo.
The warranty period for the 4 pumps is 18 months from the shipping date or 12 months after operation, whichever comes first. During this period, should any manufacturing quality issues arise, the supplier will replace the parts free of charge. In case of pump malfunctions due to the buyer's actions, the supplier will provide prompt assistance. The warranty for replaced parts extends for one year.

It does not matter if you do not have someone to complete files. Send us high resolution images, your logo and text and tell us how you would like to arrange them. We will send you finished files for confirmation.

3. What about the lead time for mass production?
Honestly, it depends on the order quantity and the season you place the order. The lead time of MOQ is about 30 to 45 days(Except for the selected brand).Generally speaking, we suggest that you start inquiry two months before the date you would like to get the product at your country.

4. What is your terms of delivery?
We accept EXW, FOB, C&F and CIF, etc. You can choose the one which is the most convenient or cost effective for you.
