This pump is ingeniously fitted with copper gears, making it an ideal solution for the effortless conveyance of low point liquids such as gasoline and benzene.
In addition, our expertise extends to crafting superior stainless steel gear pumps, specifically engineered to handle beverages and corrosion-resistant liquids with ease and precision.
2. Please note that this pump is optimized for use without hard particles or fibers, operating efficiently with viscosities ranging from 5 × 10-5 to 1.5 × 10 ³ m²/s. To ensure optimal performance, the operational temperature should remain below 70 ºC.
For applications involving high-temperature liquids, we recommend our specially designed gear pumps that are built to withstand high temperatures and can efficiently transport liquids up to an impressive 300 ºC.

1. This innovative pump is a cutting-edge horizontal rotary pump, meticulously engineered and primarily consisting of a robust pump body, precision gears, a durable bearing seat, an essential safety valve, high-quality bearings, and sophisticated sealing devices for unparalleled performance.

The pioneering use of a skeleton sealing device is complemented by a single row radial ball bearing. The KCB-18.3-83.3 pumps are fitted with three oil-resistant rubber rings and an intermediate lining.
Incorporating a retaining ring, the sealing efficiency can be finely adjusted by manipulating the two nuts on the compression cover. The bearings feature advanced copper-based powder oil-containing bearings. Additionally,

Each of the four pumps is accompanied by an 18-month warranty from the shipment date or a 12-month warranty post-operation. During this period, any manufacturing defects will be addressed with free part replacements. Should any issues arise due to the buyer's actions, the supplier promises prompt support. The warranty for any replaced parts is assured for one full year.
