1. This high-performance pump excels in transporting a variety of oils, from heavy oil to diesel and lubricating oil. Outfitted with premium copper gears, it is designed to efficiently handle low-viscosity liquids like gasoline and benzene with ease.
Our esteemed manufacturing unit also specializes in the production of stainless steel gear pumps, meticulously crafted to transport beverages and handle corrosion-resistant liquids with superior reliability.
2. This advanced pump is specifically not suitable for applications involving hard particles or fibers. It operates optimally within viscosity ranges of 5 × 10-5 to 1.5 × 10 ³ m ²/s. The maximum operational temperature should not exceed 70 ºC. For requirements beyond this, special considerations must be taken.
For applications involving high-temperature liquids, we offer specialized gear pumps engineered to withstand high temperatures, capable of transporting liquids up to 300 ºC with outstanding efficiency.

3. Integrated within the bearing seat is a strategically placed packing box, providing essential axial sealing. Models such as 2CY100/3, 2CY120/3, 2CY150/3, and KCB-300~960 series
utilize a state-of-the-art skeleton sealing device. These models feature a single row radial ball bearing design. Additionally, KCB-18.3-83.3 pumps incorporate three oil-resistant rubber rings with an intermediate lining,
secured by a retaining ring. The sealing efficiency is finely tunable through the adjustment of dual nuts on the compression cover, employing copper-based powder oil containing bearings for enhanced functionality. Moreover,
this pump series supports the use of flexible graphite packing seals, celebrated for their exceptional elasticity, wide temperature resistance, stable chemical properties, and superior lubrication characteristics,
ensuring optimal filling materials.
4. Equipped with an intelligent safety valve, the pump guarantees operational safety. In events of pump or discharge pipeline malfunctions or accidental closure of the discharge valve causing high pressure,
the valve will instinctively engage, diverting some or all of the high-pressure liquid back to the low-pressure chamber. This mechanism offers comprehensive protection for both the pump and the pipeline system.
5. The drive motor is seamlessly connected using an elastic coupling, mounted on a unified cast iron chassis, ensuring stability and efficiency.

3. What about the lead time for mass production?
Honestly, it depends on the order quantity and the season you place the order. The lead time of MOQ is about 30 to 45 days(Except for the selected brand).Generally speaking, we suggest that you start inquiry two months before the date you would like to get the product at your country.
