The HCZ Series Standardized Chemical Pumps offer an extensive performance range that encompasses all the capabilities of the IH Series Standardized Chemical Pumps. Remarkably, it surpasses the IH series in efficiency, cavitation performance, and various other critical metrics.
Our HCZ Series seamlessly integrates with IH Type Pumps, providing seamless interchangeability and enhancing its versatility as a standalone unit or within integrated systems.

Application range and product features
The pressure exerted on the shaft seal is adeptly balanced by balance holes on the secondary blades or impellers. The shaft seal can be equipped with soft packing, either cooled or non-cooled.
Alternatively, a variety of single and double end mechanical seals can be utilized, including balanced types, to suit different needs.
Durable ball bearings feature ample shaft diameter to ensure seamless operation. Select pump body specifications incorporate double screw shells to counteract radial forces.
The bearing frame, encompassing the shaft, impeller, and packing box, forms a composite unit allowing maintenance of the pump body without pipeline removal, especially with extended coupling.
With the shaft in use, there's no need to remove the motor. The design includes flanges using PN16 and PN25, depending on materials, and is also compatible with ANSI125 standards.
Rated for pressure capacities of up to 150 pounds per square inch.

Service Policy
The seller guarantees that all goods fully comply with the contractual requirements, ensuring suitability in design and construction for the intended use. They must meet or exceed all performance values and tolerances, and be tested as per contract provisions to verify their capability and compliance with technical specifications and performance data.
Should any goods or parts fail to meet contract specifications, the seller is obligated to rectify the defect and/or inspect and retest the goods at no extra cost to the buyer. This must be completed within the mutually agreed timeframe. If rectification is not possible, the buyer has the right to reject the goods. In such a case, the seller must replace the rejected goods with suitable alternatives that meet contract requirements, all within the initially agreed delivery schedule.
The seller must implement an effective quality assurance system that complies with the IS09000 series 2000 edition requirements. Additionally, the products must adhere to the HSE management system standards, specifically 0SHA180001/HSE.
The warranty period for the four pumps is 18 months from the shipment date or 12 months from the start of operation. During this period, if any manufacturing quality issues arise, the supplier will replace the parts free of charge. Should any pump malfunctions occur due to buyer's reasons, the supplier will also provide timely assistance. The warranty for replaced parts is guaranteed for one year.

3. What about the lead time for mass production?
Honestly, it depends on the order quantity and the season you place the order. The lead time of MOQ is about 30 to 45 days(Except for the selected brand).Generally speaking, we suggest that you start inquiry two months before the date you would like to get the product at your country.
