Service Policy
The products provided by the seller will fully comply with contract requirements, ensuring they are designed and constructed for optimal use. They must meet or exceed all specified performance values and tolerances and undergo contractual testing to confirm their capability and adherence to technical specifications.
Should any aspect of the goods fail to meet contract provisions, the seller must rectify the defect and/or re-inspect and retest the goods at no additional cost to the buyer, completing the work within a mutually agreed timeframe. If remediation is not possible, the buyer may reject the goods, obligating the seller to replace them with compliant products within the original contract delivery period.
The seller shall maintain an effective quality assurance system, equivalent to the IS09000 series 2000 edition standards. Additionally, the products must adhere to the HSE management system standards, specifically 0SHA180001/HSE.
The warranty period for the four pumps is 18 months from shipment or 12 months after operation, whichever occurs first. During this period, any manufacturing quality issues will result in free part replacement by the supplier. If any pump malfunctions due to the buyer's actions, the supplier will also offer prompt assistance. The replacement parts will carry a one-year warranty.
