Our Service Commitment
We ensure that all goods supplied meet the contract requirements and are designed and constructed for their intended use. They adhere to or surpass all performance values and tolerances. Should any goods or parts fail to meet contract standards, the seller is obligated to rectify defects, inspect, and retest the goods at no additional cost. The warranty for the 4 pumps is 18 months from shipment or 12 months post-operation. During this period, any manufacturing defects will be promptly rectified with free part replacements. Should any pump issues arise due to buyer mishandling, the supplier will still provide timely assistance. Replaced parts come with a one-year warranty.
