Our Commitment to Service
The products provided by the seller must fully comply with contract requirements and be suited for their intended design and construction use. They must meet or exceed all performance values and tolerances. The products should be tested as stipulated in the contract and its attachments to demonstrate their capability and adherence to the technical specifications and performance data.
If the goods or any part thereof fail to comply with the contract provisions, the seller must rectify the defect and/or inspect and retest the goods for the buyer free of charge, without financial restrictions, and within the agreed timeframe. Failing this, the buyer has the right to reject the goods. In such cases, the seller must replace the rejected goods with suitable alternatives that meet the contract requirements. Replacement must occur within the original contract delivery date.
The seller must implement an effective quality assurance system throughout the organizational process, adhering to the IS09000 series 2000 edition. The products provided must comply with the HSE management system standard, specifically 0SHA180001/HSE.
The warranty period for the 4 pumps is 18 months from the date of shipment or 12 months after operational commencement. During this period, any manufacturing quality issues will be addressed with free part replacements by the supplier. If pump malfunctions occur due to buyer-related reasons, the supplier will offer timely assistance. The supplier guarantees a one-year warranty period for replaced parts.
