The HCZ series standardized chemical pump is a horizontal, single-stage, single suction centrifugal pump meticulously designed to meet and exceed DIN24256/ISO2858 standards, ensuring reliable and consistent performance.
The HCZ series standardized chemical pumps not only encompass the entire performance spectrum of the IH series standardized chemical pumps but also surpass them in efficiency, cavitation resistance, and overall operational excellence.
This pump series offers seamless interchangeability with the IH type pumps, allowing for easy replacement and integration as a single machine without any hassle.

Application Range and Product Features
The pressure exerted on the shaft seal is expertly balanced by the balance holes on the secondary blades or impellers. The shaft seal can be configured with soft packing, which can be either cooled or non-cooled.
Alternatively, a variety of single and double end mechanical seals can be utilized, including balanced type structures.
Durable ball bearings with ample shaft diameter ensure smooth, reliable operation. For certain specifications, the pump body is designed with double screw shells to effectively balance radial forces.
The bearing frame, encompassing the shaft, impeller, and packing box, forms a composite component. This allows the pump body to be maintained without removal from the pipeline when an extended coupling is used.
With shaft use, motor extraction is unnecessary. The flange design supports PN16 and PN25, depending on material differences, and is compatible with ANSI125 standards.
Capable of handling pressures of 125 pounds per square inch or 150 pounds per square inch.

Comprehensive Service Policy
The goods provided by the seller must fully adhere to the contract requirements, ensuring they are fit for the intended design and construction purposes. They must meet or surpass all performance metrics and tolerances, and be rigorously tested per the contract's provisions to ensure compliance with technical specifications and performance data.
If the goods or any component fails to meet contract stipulations, the seller is obliged to rectify the defect and/or retest the goods at no expense to the buyer, adhering to agreed timelines. Should the goods remain non-compliant, the buyer reserves the right to reject them. In such cases, the seller must replace the rejected goods or provide suitable alternatives that fulfill the contract requirements within the originally specified delivery timeframe.
The seller must maintain an effective quality assurance system aligned with the IS09000 series 2000 standards. The products must also comply with the HSE management system standard, specifically 0SHA180001/HSE.
The warranty period for the 4 pumps is 18 months from the shipment date or 12 months after operation, whichever is longer. During this period, any manufacturing defects will be addressed with free part replacements. Should any malfunctions arise due to buyer-related reasons, the supplier will provide prompt support. The warranty for replaced parts extends for one year.
