Service Policy
The goods provided by the seller must fully comply with the contractual requirements, ensuring they are suitable for their intended design and construction use. They must meet or exceed all specified performance values and tolerances. Testing must be conducted as per the contract and its attachments to demonstrate compliance with technical specifications and performance data.
Should any goods or parts fail to meet contract provisions, the seller must correct the defect, inspect, and retest the goods at no extra cost to the buyer, all within the agreed timeline. If the goods remain non-compliant, the buyer has the right to reject them. The seller must then replace the rejected goods with compliant ones, ensuring replacement occurs within the originally agreed delivery schedule.
The seller is required to implement a robust quality assurance system that meets ISO9000 series 2000 edition standards throughout the organizational process. Furthermore, products must adhere to the HSE management system standard (OSHA180001/HSE).
Our 4 pumps come with an 18-month warranty from the date of shipment or 12 months after operation, whichever is longer. Should any manufacturing quality issues arise during this period, parts will be replaced free of charge. In the event of pump malfunctions due to buyer-related reasons, we also offer prompt assistance. Replaced parts will carry a one-year warranty.

Yes. We have a professional team having rich experience in design and manufacturing. Just tell us your idea and we will help to carry out your ideas. It does not matter if you do not have someone to complete files. Send us high resolution images, your logo and text and tell us how you would like to arrange them. We will send you finished files for confirmation.

3. What about the lead time for mass production?
Honestly, it depends on the order quantity and the season you place the order. The lead time of MOQ is about 30 to 45 days(Except for the selected brand).Generally speaking, we suggest that you start inquiry two months before the date you would like to get the product at your country.

4. What is your terms of delivery?
We accept EXW, FOB, C&F and CIF, etc. You can choose the one which is the most convenient or cost effective for you.
