The products provided by the seller are guaranteed to meet all contract specifications and are perfectly designed and constructed for the intended purpose. They will meet or exceed all performance metrics and tolerance levels. Each product will undergo rigorous testing per contract requirements to ensure full compliance with technical specifications and performance data.
Should the products fail to meet contract specifications, the seller will rectify the defects, reinspect, and retest the products for the buyer at no additional cost, ensuring all corrections are completed within the mutually agreed timeframe. If the issues cannot be resolved, the buyer reserves the right to reject the products. In such cases, the seller must replace the rejected items or provide suitable alternatives that meet contract requirements, all within the original delivery timeline.

Our pumps come with an 18-month warranty from the shipment date or 12 months post-operation, whichever is longer. Should any manufacturing defects arise during this period, the supplier will replace the faulty parts at no extra cost. In case of malfunctions due to user error, the supplier is committed to providing timely support. Additionally, any replaced parts will carry a one-year warranty.

3. What about the lead time for mass production?
