Service Policy
The products provided by the seller must fully comply with contract requirements, ensuring they are designed and constructed for optimal use; products must meet or surpass all performance values and tolerances. Comprehensive testing is required to affirm adherence to technical specifications and performance data.
Should any part of the goods fail to meet contract specifications, the seller must rectify the defect and conduct inspections and retesting for the buyer at no extra cost, completing the work within the mutually agreed timeframe. If corrections are impossible, the buyer has the right to reject the goods, obligating the seller to provide replacements that meet contractual requirements within the specified delivery period.
An effective quality assurance system, equivalent to the standards outlined in the IS09000 series 2000 edition, must be implemented by the seller. The provided products must adhere to the HSE management system standard, specifically 0SHA180001/HSE.
The warranty for the four pumps is valid for 18 months from shipment or 12 months after operation. During this period, any manufacturing defects will be addressed with free part replacements. If issues arise due to the buyer's actions, the supplier will provide prompt assistance. Replaced parts carry a one-year warranty.

3. What about the lead time for mass production?
Honestly, it depends on the order quantity and the season you place the order. The lead time of MOQ is about 30 to 45 days(Except for the selected brand).Generally speaking, we suggest that you start inquiry two months before the date you would like to get the product at your country.

4. What is your terms of delivery?
We accept EXW, FOB, C&F and CIF, etc. You can choose the one which is the most convenient or cost effective for you.
