Service Policy
The seller guarantees that the goods will fully comply with the contractual requirements, ensuring they are designed and constructed for their intended use. They must meet or exceed all specified performance values and tolerances. Rigorous testing, as stipulated by the contract and its attachments, will be conducted to demonstrate compliance with technical specifications and performance data.
Should any goods or their parts fail to meet the contract provisions, the seller must rectify the defects and/or inspect and retest the goods free of charge. This work must be completed within the agreed timeline. Should remedial actions fail, the buyer has the right to reject the goods. In such cases, the seller must replace the rejected goods or provide suitable alternatives to meet contractual requirements. All replacements must adhere to the original delivery schedule.
The seller is required to implement a robust quality assurance system, in line with the IS09000 series 2000 edition standards. Additionally, the products must comply with the HSE management system standards, specifically 0SHA180001/HSEo.
Warranty Period: The 4 pumps come with an 18-month warranty from the date of shipment or 12 months post-operation, whichever occurs first. During this period, any manufacturing defects will be rectified free of charge. Should any pump issues arise due to buyer's mishandling, prompt assistance will be provided. The warranty for replaced parts extends for one year.
