Service Policy
The goods supplied by the seller will fully align with the contractual specifications and be fit for the intended purpose in both design and construction. They will meet or exceed all specified performance values and tolerances. Each product will undergo rigorous testing as outlined in the contract and its attachments to verify their capability and adherence to technical specifications and performance metrics.
Should any part of the goods fail to comply with the contract terms, the seller is obligated to rectify the defect, inspect, and retest the goods at no additional cost to the buyer. This must be done within the mutually agreed timeframe. If the defect cannot be rectified, the buyer reserves the right to reject the goods. In such instances, the seller must replace the rejected goods with items that meet contractual requirements, ensuring completion within the originally agreed delivery schedule.
The seller will maintain a robust quality assurance system in line with IS09000 series 2000 standards. The provided products will adhere to the HSE management system standards, specifically 0SHA180001/HSEo.
The warranty period for the four pumps is 18 months from the shipment date or 12 months post-operation, whichever comes first. Within this period, the supplier will replace any parts with manufacturing defects at no charge. Should any pump issues arise due to buyer-related causes, the supplier will promptly assist in resolving them. Additionally, the warranty for replaced parts extends for another year.
