Application Range and Product Features
The pressure exerted on the shaft seal is effectively balanced by the balance holes on the secondary blades or impellers. The versatile shaft seal can utilize soft packing, with or without cooling.
Additionally, various configurations of single and double-end mechanical seals are available, with balanced types to meet specific sealing requirements.

Service Policy
The products provided by the seller will fully comply with contract requirements and are tailored for their intended design and use. They will meet or exceed all performance standards and tolerances, and undergo comprehensive testing as per contract specifications and attachments to ensure their functionality and adherence to technical criteria.
Should any part of the goods fail to meet contract stipulations, the seller is obligated to rectify the defect and/or re-test the goods at no additional cost to the buyer, within a mutually agreed timeframe. If the defect cannot be corrected, the buyer may reject the goods, prompting the seller to replace them with compliant items within the agreed delivery schedule.
The seller will maintain a rigorous quality assurance system in line with IS09000 series 2000 edition standards. All products will meet HSE management system requirements, specifically 0SHA180001/HSEo.
The warranty for the 4 pumps lasts 18 months from shipment or 12 months post-operation. Should any manufacturing issues arise within this period, the supplier will replace defective parts for free. If malfunctions are due to buyer mishandling, the supplier will still provide timely support. Replaced parts are guaranteed for one year.
