Our Service Commitment
The goods provided by the seller must fully adhere to the contract's requirements, ensuring they are designed and constructed for the intended use; must meet or surpass all specified performance values and tolerances; and must undergo testing per the contract provisions to confirm their performance and compliance with the technical specifications.
Should any part of the goods fail to comply with the contract, the seller is obligated to rectify the defect, inspect, and retest the goods at no additional cost, completing the work within the mutually agreed timeframe. If the defects cannot be remedied, the buyer has the right to reject the goods. In such cases, the seller must replace the rejected items with compliant goods within the original contract's delivery timeline.
The seller must maintain an effective quality assurance system, complying with ISO9000 series 2000 edition standards. The products must also meet HSE management system standards, specifically OSHA180001/HSE.
The warranty for the 4 pumps covers 18 months from the shipment date or 12 months after operation. If manufacturing defects arise within this period, parts will be replaced free of charge. Should any malfunctions occur due to buyer-related issues, the supplier will provide prompt assistance. Replacement parts come with a one-year warranty.

Yes. We have a professional team having rich experience in design and manufacturing. Just tell us your idea and we will help to carry out your ideas. It does not matter if you do not have someone to complete files. Send us high resolution images, your logo and text and tell us how you would like to arrange them. We will send you finished files for confirmation.

3. What about the lead time for mass production?
Honestly, it depends on the order quantity and the season you place the order. The lead time of MOQ is about 30 to 45 days(Except for the selected brand).Generally speaking, we suggest that you start inquiry two months before the date you would like to get the product at your country.

4. What is your terms of delivery?
We accept EXW, FOB, C&F and CIF, etc. You can choose the one which is the most convenient or cost effective for you.
