Engineered for stability, this pump operates with minimal vibration and noise. Its design simplifies disassembly and assembly. As the pump body is fully submerged in liquid, it eliminates shaft seal leakage, omits the need for a bottom valve, and requires no liquid injection.
This pump also offers the advantage of efficient water diversion, enhancing its operational convenience.
The HYF (FYS) corrosion-resistant submersible pump is versatile and suitable for a wide array of industries, including chemical processing, medical applications, coinage, dyeing, metallurgy, environmental protection, and pesticide production.
It is engineered to handle various chemical mediums, with few exceptions such as molten metal lithium, sodium, potassium, chlorine trifluoride, and a select few others.

This pump is meticulously composed of high-quality components including pipes, bearing frames, base plates, and motor frames, ensuring longevity and performance.
Engineered for optimum efficiency, the pump's suction port aligns with the axis direction, while the outlet runs parallel to the same axis, maximizing fluid dynamics.
For consistency and reliability, the pump rotates clockwise when observed from the suction port towards the motor section, ensuring predictable performance.
Featuring a vertical motor securely fastened to the motor seat with heavy-duty bolts, the pump's power is seamlessly transmitted through an elastic coupling, pump body, intermediate connection pipe, and pump frame.
The outlet pipe, pipe flange, and bolted connection form a unified structure, securely anchored to the bottom plate. The entire pump assembly is installed onto the container through this bottom plate, ensuring stability.
Major components such as the motor base and pump frame, outside of the liquid contact parts, are constructed from cast iron for durability, while the bottom plate is crafted from resilient polypropylene.
The pump's axial and radial forces, including water pressure during operation, impeller weight, and rotor weight, are managed by a high-quality one-way bearing box, ensuring smooth operation.
The pump employs thrust ball bearings, single-row radial ball bearings, and a sliding guide shaft to guarantee safe and efficient operation. The bearings are lubricated with butter, while the guide bearing utilizes the transported liquid.
To ensure proper lubrication, the liquid level must always be higher than the centerline of the impeller during operation, enabling seamless performance.

Service Policy
The goods provided by the seller are guaranteed to fully comply with contract specifications, ensuring suitability for intended design and construction purposes. They must meet or exceed all performance values and tolerances and be rigorously tested to confirm their compliance with technical specifications and performance data.
If the goods or any part thereof fail to comply with the contract provisions, the seller must address and rectify the defect, performing inspections and retests free of charge. The seller must complete these actions within the mutually agreed timeframe. Should the goods remain non-compliant, the buyer has the right to reject them, obligating the seller to replace the rejected items with suitable alternatives within the originally agreed delivery schedule.
The seller is required to implement an effective quality assurance system equivalent to the ISO 9000 series 2000 edition. The products must also adhere to the HSE management standards, specifically OSHA180001/HSE.
The warranty period for the 4 pumps is 18 months from the date of shipment or 12 months from operational start, whichever occurs first. During this period, any manufacturing defects will be rectified free of charge. Should any issues arise due to buyer-related reasons, the supplier commits to providing prompt assistance. Furthermore, the warranty period for replaced parts is one year.

3. What about the lead time for mass production?
