The HCZ Series expands upon the already impressive IH series, showcasing enhanced efficiency, superior cavitation performance, and other critical metrics that set new standards in chemical pump technology.

Application Range and Product Features
The pressure on the shaft seal is precisely balanced by the strategically placed balance holes on the secondary blades or impellers. The shaft seal can be effectively sealed using soft packing (with or without cooling).
Alternatively, various configurations of single and double end mechanical seals can be utilized (including balanced types).
Durable ball bearings paired with ample shaft diameter ensure smooth, reliable operation. Select specifications feature double screw shells for optimal radial force balance.
The bearing frame, encompassing the shaft, impeller, and packing box, forms a cohesive unit allowing the pump body to be maintained without pipeline removal (assuming an extended coupling is used).
With appropriate shaft usage, the motor remains in place during maintenance. Flange design accommodates PN16 and PN25 standards (material-dependent), and is also suitable for ANSI125.
Designed to withstand up to 150 psi, ensuring robustness and reliability in demanding applications.

Comprehensive Service Policy

Should any part of the goods fail to comply with the contract terms, the seller is obligated to correct the defect and/or inspect and retest the goods at no additional cost to the buyer, ensuring timely completion as agreed by both parties. If remedying is not possible, the buyer has the right to reject the goods, prompting the seller to provide a replacement that meets the contract requirements within the originally agreed delivery timeframe.
The seller must maintain an effective quality assurance system aligning with the IS09000 series 2000 edition standards, ensuring that products meet the HSE management system standards, specifically 0SHA180001/HSE.
The warranty period for the four pumps is 18 months from shipment or 12 months from operation commencement. During this period, any manufacturing quality issues will be rectified with free replacements. Additionally, the supplier will assist in resolving malfunctions caused by the buyer, with a one-year warranty on replaced parts.
