Service Policy
We guarantee that our goods fully comply with contract requirements and are tailored for their intended design and construction use. Each item will meet or exceed all performance metrics and tolerances, and will undergo rigorous testing as stipulated in the contract and its attachments to ensure full compliance with technical specifications and performance standards.
Should any goods fail to meet contract provisions, the seller will rectify defects, inspect, and retest the goods for the buyer at no additional cost, ensuring completion within the agreed timeframe. If rectification is not possible, the buyer reserves the right to reject the goods, in which case the seller must replace them with acceptable items meeting contract requirements, ensuring delivery within the originally agreed schedule.
The seller will maintain an effective quality assurance system equivalent to the IS09000 series 2000 edition. Additionally, all products will adhere to the HSE management system standard, specifically 0SHA180001/HSE.
Our warranty period for all four pumps spans 18 months from shipment or 12 months post-operation. During this time, we will replace any parts with manufacturing defects at no charge. If issues arise due to the buyer's actions, we will still provide timely support. We also guarantee a one-year warranty on any replaced parts.

Yes. We have a professional team having rich experience in design and manufacturing. Just tell us your idea and we will help to carry out your ideas. It does not matter if you do not have someone to complete files. Send us high resolution images, your logo and text and tell us how you would like to arrange them. We will send you finished files for confirmation.

3. What about the lead time for mass production?
Honestly, it depends on the order quantity and the season you place the order. The lead time of MOQ is about 30 to 45 days(Except for the selected brand).Generally speaking, we suggest that you start inquiry two months before the date you would like to get the product at your country.

4. What is your terms of delivery?
We accept EXW, FOB, C&F and CIF, etc. You can choose the one which is the most convenient or cost effective for you.
