The HCZ series standardized chemical pump is a state-of-the-art, horizontal, single-stage, single suction centrifugal pump. The HCZ series standardized chemical pumps boast a performance range that encompasses all the capabilities of the IH series standardized chemical pumps. Exceptionally designed, it not only matches but also surpasses the IH series in terms of efficiency, cavitation performance, and other critical metrics, setting a new benchmark in the industry.
Thanks to its innovative design, the HCZ series can seamlessly interchange with the IH type pump, providing flexibility and ease of operation. This compatibility allows it to be deployed as a direct replacement, ensuring uninterrupted performance and minimal downtime.

The pressure acting on the shaft seal is perfectly balanced by the balance holes on the secondary blades or impellers. The shaft seal options include soft packing (cooled or non-cooled) for flexible sealing solutions.

Durable ball bearings with ample shaft diameter ensure smooth and reliable operation. Select pump body specifications feature double screw shells to effectively balance radial forces.
The bearing frame, encompassing the shaft, impeller, packing box, and more, forms a composite component. This allows for easy maintenance of the pump body without removing it from the pipeline, especially with an extended coupling.

The products provided by Jiangsu Jinglun Pump Manufacturing Co., Ltd. are guaranteed to fully meet the contract specifications, being perfectly suited for their intended design and use. They must meet or exceed all performance metrics and tolerances, undergo rigorous testing as per the contract provisions, and comply with all technical specifications and performance data.
Should any part of the goods fail to meet contract standards, the seller is obligated to remedy the defect or perform inspections and retests at no additional cost to the buyer. This must be completed within an agreed timeframe. If remediation is not possible, the buyer is entitled to reject the goods. In such cases, the seller must provide replacements that meet contract requirements within the originally agreed delivery schedule.
The seller must maintain an effective quality assurance system that aligns with the IS09000 series 2000 edition standards. All products must comply with the HSE management system standards, specifically 0SHA180001/HSEo.
The warranty period for the pumps is 18 months from the date of shipment or 12 months after operation, whichever is longer. If any manufacturing defects occur within this period, the supplier will replace the parts at no cost. For malfunctions due to buyer-related reasons, timely assistance will be provided. Replaced parts come with a one-year warranty.
