Application Range and Product Features
Balanced pressure on the shaft seal is achieved through balance holes on secondary blades or impellers. Shaft seals can utilize soft packing, with or without cooling options.
Additionally, a range of single and double end mechanical seals, including balanced types, can be used to meet various sealing requirements.
Durable ball bearings and ample shaft diameter ensure smooth operation. Select specifications feature double screw shells to counteract radial forces.
The bearing frame, inclusive of the shaft, impeller, and packing box, creates a composite component allowing maintenance of the pump body without pipeline removal (when using extended coupling).
With the use of a shaft, motor removal becomes unnecessary. Featuring flange designs with PN16 and PN25 options, adaptable to ANSI125 standards.

Comprehensive Service Policy
The products provided by the seller must fully adhere to the contract requirements and be perfectly suited for their intended design and construction purposes. They must meet or exceed all specified performance values and tolerances. The goods must undergo rigorous testing, as stipulated in the contract and its annexes, to confirm their capability and compliance with the technical specifications and performance data.
Should any goods or parts fail to meet contract provisions, the seller is obligated to rectify the defect and/or re-inspect and retest the goods for the buyer at no additional cost. This must be done within the mutually agreed time frame. If the issue cannot be satisfactorily resolved, the buyer reserves the right to reject the goods. In such cases, the seller must replace the rejected goods with suitable alternatives that fulfill the contract requirements, ensuring that replacement is completed within the originally agreed delivery date.
The seller must uphold an effective quality assurance system throughout the organizational process, adhering to the same stringent requirements specified in the ISO9000 series 2000 edition. The products must meet the HSE management system standards, specifically OSHA180001/HSE.
The warranty period for the four pumps is 18 months from the shipment date or 12 months post-operation. During this period, any manufacturing quality issues will be addressed by the supplier through free part replacements. Should any pump malfunction due to buyer-related reasons, the supplier will provide prompt assistance. The supplier guarantees a one-year warranty for the replaced parts.

3. What about the lead time for mass production?
Honestly, it depends on the order quantity and the season you place the order. The lead time of MOQ is about 30 to 45 days(Except for the selected brand).Generally speaking, we suggest that you start inquiry two months before the date you would like to get the product at your country.
