Application range and product feature
The pressure acting on the shaft seal is expertly balanced by the balance holes on the secondary blades or impellers. The shaft seal can be sealed with soft packing, which can be either cooled or non-cooled.
Various structures of single and double end mechanical seals can also be applied, including balanced types, offering versatile sealing solutions.
Durable ball bearings and ample shaft diameter ensure smooth and reliable operation. Certain pump body specifications feature double screw shells to balance radial forces effectively.
The bearing frame, encompassing the shaft, impeller, and packing box, forms an integrated component, allowing for easy maintenance of the pump body without pipeline removal (using an extended coupling).

Service Policy
The goods provided by the seller must fully meet the contract specifications, ensuring they are ideal for the intended design and construction purposes. They must meet or exceed all specified performance values and tolerances. The goods will undergo rigorous testing as outlined in the contract and its attachments to verify their compliance with technical specifications and performance criteria.
Should the goods or any part thereof fail to comply with the contract terms, the seller is obliged to rectify the defect and/or inspect and retest the goods for the buyer at no additional cost, ensuring timely completion as per the mutually agreed schedule. If the goods remain non-compliant, the buyer reserves the right to reject them. In such instances, the seller must replace the rejected goods with suitable alternatives that meet contract requirements, ensuring completion within the originally agreed delivery timeframe.
The seller must maintain a robust quality assurance system throughout the organizational process, adhering to the IS09000 series 2000 edition standards. Products must comply with the HSE management system standards, specifically 0SHA180001/HSE.
The warranty period for the four pumps is 18 months from the shipment date or 12 months post-operation. During this period, any manufacturing defects will be addressed with free part replacements. Should any pump failures occur due to buyer-related reasons, the supplier will provide prompt assistance. The replacement parts will have a warranty period of one year.
