The HCZ series elevates the performance spectrum of standardized chemical pumps, encompassing all attributes of the IH series while surpassing it in efficiency, cavitation resistance, and overall operational metrics.

Application Range and Product Features
Pressure on the shaft seal is balanced using the balance holes on secondary blades or impellers. The shaft seal can utilize soft packing, which can be cooled or non-cooled.
Various single and double-end mechanical seals can be utilized, including balanced types, for diverse sealing needs.
Durable ball bearings with ample shaft diameter ensure smooth operation. Certain pump body specifications feature double screw shells to balance radial forces.
The bearing frame, encompassing the shaft, impeller, and packing box, forms a composite component, allowing pump maintenance without pipeline removal (if using an extended coupling).
When using this shaft, the motor need not be removed. Flange design accommodates PN16 and PN25, with material variations supporting ANSI 125.

Service Policy
The goods provided by the seller must fully comply with contract requirements and be tailored for their intended use in both design and construction. They must meet or exceed all performance values and tolerances and undergo thorough testing as stipulated in the contract and its attachments to demonstrate their capability and adherence to technical specifications and performance data.
If any part of the goods fails to meet the contract provisions, the seller is obligated to rectify the defect and/or inspect and retest the goods free of charge. This must be done within the timeframe agreed upon by both parties. Should the goods remain irreparable, the buyer reserves the right to reject them. In such cases, the seller must either replace the defective goods or provide suitable alternatives that fulfill contract requirements, ensuring completion within the originally agreed delivery period.
The seller must establish and maintain an effective quality assurance system equivalent to the IS09000 series 2000 edition. All products provided must comply with the HSE management system standard requirements, specifically 0SHA180001/HSE.
The warranty period for the 4 pumps is 18 months from the shipment date or 12 months post-operation. During this period, any manufacturing defects will be fixed with free part replacements. For pump malfunctions due to the buyer's causes, the supplier will provide timely support. The warranty for replaced parts extends for an additional year.
