Service Policy
The seller guarantees that the provided goods will fully comply with the contract's specifications and will be suitable for the intended design and use. The goods must meet or surpass all performance standards and tolerances. They will undergo rigorous testing as per the contract and its attachments to showcase their capability and adherence to technical specifications and performance benchmarks.
Should any goods or parts fail to meet contract specifications, the seller must rectify the defect and/or inspect and retest the goods at no additional cost to the buyer, within a mutually agreed timeframe. If rectification is not possible, the buyer reserves the right to reject the goods. In such cases, the seller must replace the rejected items with suitable alternatives within the originally agreed delivery timeframe.
The seller is required to implement an effective quality assurance system throughout the organizational process, adhering to the IS09000 series 2000 edition standards. The products provided must also comply with the HSE management system standard, specifically 0SHA180001/HSE.
The warranty period for the 4 pumps is 18 months from the shipment date or 12 months post-operation. Should any manufacturing defects arise during this period, the supplier will replace the parts at no cost. Additionally, if any pump malfunctions due to the buyer's actions, the supplier will promptly assist in resolving the issues. The warranty for replaced parts extends for one year.

3. What about the lead time for mass production?
Honestly, it depends on the order quantity and the season you place the order. The lead time of MOQ is about 30 to 45 days(Except for the selected brand).Generally speaking, we suggest that you start inquiry two months before the date you would like to get the product at your country.

4. What is your terms of delivery?
