Our Service Policy
The products provided by the seller must fully adhere to contract specifications and be fit for their intended design and construction purposes. They must meet or exceed all performance criteria and tolerances. Products must be thoroughly tested as stipulated in the contract and its attachments to verify their capability and compliance with technical specifications and performance benchmarks.
Should any part of the goods fail to meet contract stipulations, the seller is obligated to rectify the defect and/or re-inspect and retest the goods at no additional cost to the buyer, completing these tasks within the mutually agreed timeframe. If remediation is not possible, the buyer is entitled to reject the goods. In such a scenario, the seller must replace the non-compliant goods with suitable alternatives that meet contract requirements, ensuring the replacement is completed within the originally agreed delivery schedule.
The seller must operate an effective quality assurance system equivalent to the IS09000 series 2000 edition. Products supplied must conform to HSE management system standards, specifically 0SHA180001/HSE.
The warranty for the four pumps extends to 18 months from the shipment date or 12 months from operational commencement. During this period, any manufacturing defects will be addressed with free part replacements. If malfunctions occur due to the buyer's handling, the supplier will provide prompt support. Replaced parts also carry a one-year warranty.
