Comprehensive Service Policy
The products offered by the seller are guaranteed to fully comply with contract requirements and be suitable for the intended use in both design and construction. They must meet or exceed all specified performance values and tolerances. Additionally, the products must undergo testing as per the contract and its attachments to verify their capability and adherence to technical specifications and performance data.
Should the products or any part thereof fail to meet the contract specifications, the seller is obligated to rectify the defect and/or inspect and retest the goods at no additional cost to the buyer, completing the work within the mutually agreed timeframe. Should the goods prove irremediable, the buyer reserves the right to reject them. In such a case, the seller must replace the rejected goods with suitable alternatives that meet the contract requirements, ensuring completion within the originally agreed delivery schedule.
The seller is required to implement a robust quality assurance system throughout the organizational process, aligning with the IS09000 series 2000 edition standards. The provided products must also comply with the HSE management system standards, specifically OSH180001/HSE.
The warranty period for the 4 pumps spans 18 months from the date of shipment or 12 months after operation, whichever comes first. During this time, any manufacturing quality issues will be addressed with free replacement parts by the supplier. If any pump malfunctions occur due to buyer-related reasons, the supplier will provide prompt support. The warranty for replaced parts is guaranteed for one year.

3. What about the lead time for mass production?
Honestly, it depends on the order quantity and the season you place the order. The lead time of MOQ is about 30 to 45 days(Except for the selected brand).Generally speaking, we suggest that you start inquiry two months before the date you would like to get the product at your country.

4. What is your terms of delivery?
