Service Policy
The goods provided by the seller must fully align with the contract stipulations, ensuring they are perfectly suited for the intended design and construction purposes. They must meet or surpass all performance metrics and tolerances, and must be rigorously tested as per the contract provisions to validate their adherence to the technical specifications and performance benchmarks.
Should any part of the goods fail to comply with the contract terms, the seller is obligated to rectify the defect and/or re-inspect and retest the goods for the buyer at no additional cost. All corrective actions must be completed within the mutually agreed timeframe. If remediation is not possible, the buyer reserves the right to reject the goods. In such cases, the seller must replace the rejected goods with suitable alternatives that meet the contract's criteria, ensuring that the replacement is completed within the originally stipulated delivery schedule.
The seller must maintain an effective quality assurance system in alignment with the IS09000 series 2000 edition standards. Additionally, the provided products must adhere to the HSE management system standards, specifically 0SHA180001/HSEo.
The warranty period for the four pumps extends to 18 months from the shipment date or 12 months post-operation, whichever is longer. During this timeframe, any manufacturing defects will be rectified with free replacement parts by the supplier. Should any malfunctions arise due to buyer-related reasons, the supplier will still offer prompt assistance. The warranty for any replaced parts will be one year from the replacement date.

It does not matter if you do not have someone to complete files. Send us high resolution images, your logo and text and tell us how you would like to arrange them. We will send you finished files for confirmation.

3. What about the lead time for mass production?
Honestly, it depends on the order quantity and the season you place the order. The lead time of MOQ is about 30 to 45 days(Except for the selected brand).Generally speaking, we suggest that you start inquiry two months before the date you would like to get the product at your country.

4. What is your terms of delivery?
We accept EXW, FOB, C&F and CIF, etc. You can choose the one which is the most convenient or cost effective for you.
