Perfect for handling a wide range of chemical mediums, with the exception of a few specific substances such as molten metal lithium, sodium, potassium, and chlorine trifluoride.

The HYF (FYS) Submersible Pump boasts a sophisticated assembly including a robust pump body, a precision-engineered pump cover, a high-performance impeller, a durable shaft, an elastic coupling, a pipe flange, a guide bearing, an intermediate connecting pipe, and a strategically positioned outlet.
This advanced pump system is meticulously composed of essential components such as resilient pipes, sturdy bearing frames, foundational base plates, and durable motor frames, ensuring seamless operation.
Designed for optimal flow, the pump's suction port aligns perfectly with the axis direction, while the outlet remains parallel, enhancing efficiency and performance.
Precision in design is evident as the pump rotates clockwise when viewed from the suction port towards the motor section, ensuring consistent operational reliability.
The vertical motor, securely bolted to the motor seat, transmits power directly to the pump through an elastic coupling, robust pump body, intermediate connection pipe, and a dependable pump frame, all optimized for peak performance.
The integration of the outlet pipe, pipe flange, and bolted connection creates a cohesive unit fixed on the bottom plate, anchoring the entire pump system within the container for stability. The HYF type pump is designed to facilitate seamless fluid discharge.
To guarantee durability and longevity, major components outside the liquid contact areas, such as the motor base and pump frame, are crafted from premium cast iron, while the bottom plate is made of resilient polypropylene.
The precision-engineered axial and radial forces of the pump, including the water pressure generated during operation and the weight of the impeller and rotor, are expertly managed by a one-way bearing box, ensuring balanced and reliable performance.
To uphold the pump's safe and smooth operation, thrust ball bearings, single row radial ball bearings, and a sliding guide shaft are utilized. The bearings are meticulously lubricated with butter, while the guide bearing is lubricated by the liquid being transported.
For optimal functionality, it is essential that the liquid level remains above the centerline of the impeller during operation, ensuring continuous lubrication and efficiency.
The HYF corrosion-resistant liquid centrifugal series is available in two structural variants: an intermediate guide bearing structure and a non-immersed bearing structure, tailored to accommodate varying lengths of the extension into the container.

Service Policy
The products provided by the seller are guaranteed to fully meet the contract requirements and be suitable for their intended use in both design and construction. They must meet or exceed all performance values and tolerances. The products will be rigorously tested per the contract's provisions and its attachments to ensure compliance with technical specifications and performance data.
Should any part of the goods fail to meet the contract's provisions, the seller is obliged to remedy the defect and/or inspect and retest the goods at no cost to the buyer, completing the work within the mutually agreed timeframe. If the goods cannot be rectified, the buyer reserves the right to reject them. In such cases, the seller must replace the rejected goods with suitable alternatives that fulfill the contract's requirements, all within the originally agreed delivery date.
The seller must maintain an effective quality assurance system throughout the organization, equivalent to the standards outlined in the ISO9000 series 2000 edition. The provided products must adhere to the HSE management system standards, specifically OHSAS180001/HSE.
The warranty period for the four pumps is 18 months from the shipment date or 12 months from the start of operation. During this time, if any manufacturing quality issues arise, the supplier will replace the parts free of charge. If malfunctions occur due to the buyer's actions, the supplier will provide prompt assistance. The warranty period for replaced parts is guaranteed to be one year.

3. What about the lead time for mass production?
Honestly, it depends on the order quantity and the season you place the order. The lead time of MOQ is about 30 to 45 days(Except for the selected brand).Generally speaking, we suggest that you start inquiry two months before the date you would like to get the product at your country.
