Service Policy
The goods provided by the seller must ensure full compliance with contractual requirements and be tailored for the intended design and construction use. They must meet or exceed all specified performance metrics and tolerances. The goods must be rigorously tested as per the contract and its annexes to verify their technical specifications and performance data.
If the goods or any part thereof fail to comply with the contract, the seller must rectify the defect and/or inspect and retest the goods at no cost to the buyer. This must be done within the mutually agreed timeframe. Should the goods remain non-compliant, the buyer reserves the right to reject them. In such cases, the seller must replace the rejected goods or provide suitable alternatives to fulfill the contract requirements, ensuring the replacement is completed within the originally stipulated delivery time.
The seller must maintain an effective quality assurance system throughout the organizational process, adhering to the IS09000 series 2000 edition standards. The products must also comply with the HSE management system standard, OSH180001/HSE.
The warranty period for the four pumps is 18 months from the shipment date or 12 months post-operation. During this time, should any manufacturing defects arise, the supplier will replace the parts at no cost. If malfunctions occur due to the buyer's actions, the supplier will promptly assist in resolving them. The warranty for replaced parts is guaranteed for one year.

We will send you finished files for confirmation.

3. What about the lead time for mass production?
Honestly, it depends on the order quantity and the season you place the order. The lead time of MOQ is about 30 to 45 days(Except for the selected brand).Generally speaking, we suggest that you start inquiry two months before the date you would like to get the product at your country.

4. What is your terms of delivery?
We accept EXW, FOB, C&F and CIF, etc. You can choose the one which is the most convenient or cost effective for you.
