Designed with precision, the suction port aligns perfectly with the axis direction, while the outlet remains parallel to the axis, ensuring smooth and efficient operation.
The pump operates with a clockwise rotation when viewed from the suction port towards the motor section, providing reliable and consistent performance.
The powerful vertical motor is securely fastened to the motor seat with high-quality bolts, and energy is seamlessly transmitted to the pump via an elastic coupling, robust pump body, intermediate connection pipe, and reinforced pump frame.
The outlet pipe, coupled with the pipe flange and bolted connection, forms a unified structure that is firmly anchored to the bottom plate, ensuring stability. The entire assembly is securely installed in the container through the bottom plate.
Crafted with precision, major components like the motor base and pump frame are made from durable cast iron, while the bottom plate is constructed from high-quality polypropylene, ensuring longevity and reliability.
The pump's axial and radial forces, including pressure from water during operation and the weight of the impeller and rotor, are expertly balanced by a one-way bearing box, guaranteeing smooth and efficient performance.
High-performance thrust ball bearings, single row radial ball bearings, and sliding guide shafts ensure the pump operates safely and normally. Bearings are lubricated with butter, and the guide bearing utilizes the transported liquid for lubrication.
To ensure optimal operation, the liquid level must always be above the centerline of the impeller, guaranteeing proper lubrication and efficient performance.
The HYF corrosion-resistant liquid centrifugal series is available in two configurations: intermediate guide bearing structure and non-immersed bearing structure, depending on the length L that extends into the container.

Service Policy
The products provided by the seller will fully adhere to the contract requirements and be fit for their intended design and construction purposes. They will meet or exceed all specified performance values and tolerances. The goods will be tested in alignment with the contract and its attachments to demonstrate their compliance with the technical specifications and performance data.
Should any part of the goods fail to meet contract stipulations, the seller is obligated to remedy the defect, inspect, and retest the goods at no cost to the buyer, within the agreed-upon timeframe. If the goods remain uncorrected, the buyer reserves the right to reject them, necessitating the seller to replace the rejected goods or provide suitable alternatives that meet contract requirements, all within the originally agreed delivery dates.
The seller will employ a robust quality assurance system, matching the demands of the IS09000 series 2000 edition. Additionally, the products will comply with the HSE management system standard, specifically 0SHA180001/HSE.
The warranty for the four pumps extends to 18 months from shipment or 12 months post-operation. Within this period, any manufacturing quality issues will be addressed by the supplier with free part replacements. For any malfunctions due to the buyer's actions, the supplier will provide prompt assistance. The warranty for replaced parts is one year.

3. What about the lead time for mass production?
Honestly, it depends on the order quantity and the season you place the order. The lead time of MOQ is about 30 to 45 days(Except for the selected brand).Generally speaking, we suggest that you start inquiry two months before the date you would like to get the product at your country.

4. What is your terms of delivery?
