Service Policy
The products provided by the seller are guaranteed to fully comply with contractual requirements, ensuring they are designed and constructed for their intended purpose. They must meet or exceed all specified performance benchmarks and tolerances. Rigorous testing as per contract provisions will be conducted to verify their compliance with technical specifications and performance standards.
Should the goods or any part thereof fail to meet contract stipulations, the seller is obligated to rectify the defect, inspect, and retest the goods at no extra cost to the buyer. This must be completed within the mutually agreed timeframe. If remediation is not possible, the buyer reserves the right to reject the goods. In such cases, the seller must replace the rejected goods or provide suitable alternatives that fulfill the contract requirements, ensuring the replacement is completed within the originally agreed delivery schedule.
The seller must maintain an effective quality assurance system during the entire organizational process, adhering to the standards of the ISO 9000 series 2000 edition. Additionally, all products must comply with the HSE management system standard (OSHA 180001/HSE).
The warranty period for the 4 pumps is 18 months from the date of shipment or 12 months after being put into operation. During this timeframe, any issues arising from manufacturing defects will be addressed with free parts replacement. In cases where pump malfunctions are due to buyer-related reasons, the supplier will still provide prompt assistance. The warranty for replaced parts will extend to one year from their replacement date.

3. What about the lead time for mass production?
Honestly, it depends on the order quantity and the season you place the order. The lead time of MOQ is about 30 to 45 days(Except for the selected brand).Generally speaking, we suggest that you start inquiry two months before the date you would like to get the product at your country.

4. What is your terms of delivery?
