The HYF (FYS) corrosion-resistant submersible pump is crafted from high-quality fluoroplastics, including FEP and PVDF, offering unparalleled durability and performance in both process and oil usage.
With an impressive service life, the HYF (FYS) submersible pump is the optimal replacement for any corrosion-resistant submersible pump. It boasts a stunning design, lightweight structure, and seamless operation.
Engineered for stability, it features low vibration, minimal noise, and effortless assembly and disassembly. The submersion of the pump body eliminates shaft seal leakage, obviates the need for a bottom valve, and negates liquid injection.
The pump's design includes advantages like effortless water diversion.
The HYF (FYS) corrosion-resistant submersible pump is versatile, serving industries such as chemical, pharmaceutical, minting, dyeing, metallurgy, environmental protection, and pesticides.
It is ideal for handling various chemical media, with exceptions like molten metal lithium, sodium, potassium, and chlorine trifluoride.
Product Parameters
The HYF (FYS) submersible pump boasts a sophisticated assembly comprising a pump body, pump cover, impeller, shaft, elastic coupling, pipe flange, guide bearing, intermediate connecting pipe, and outlet.
Meticulously crafted using high-quality components such as pipes, bearing frames, base plates, and motor frames.
Ingeniously designed, the suction port follows the axis direction while the outlet runs parallel to the axis, ensuring optimal fluid dynamics.
Engineered for precision, the pump rotates clockwise when observed from the suction port towards the motor section, ensuring seamless operations.
Featuring a vertical motor securely fastened to the motor seat with bolts, the power is directly transmitted to the pump through a robust configuration involving an elastic coupling, pump body, intermediate connection pipe, and pump frame.
The outlet pipe, pipe flange, and bolted connection form a cohesive unit, all firmly anchored on the bottom plate. The entire pump assembly is mounted onto the container via this bottom plate, stabilizing the HYF type pump for superior performance.
Constructed with durability in mind, components outside the liquid contact area, such as the motor base and pump frame, are made from high-grade cast iron, while the bottom plate is crafted from resilient polypropylene.
Designed to handle axial and radial forces, the pump features a one-way bearing box that manages water pressure during operation, the weight of the impeller, rotor, and more, ensuring reliable performance.
Equipped with thrust ball bearings, single-row radial ball bearings, and sliding guide shafts, the pump guarantees safe and efficient operation. The bearing system is lubricated with butter, and the guide bearing ensures longevity.
To maintain optimal performance, the liquid being transported must lubricate the guide bearing, which necessitates that the liquid level remains higher than the centerline of the impeller during operation.
Additionally, the HYF corrosion-resistant liquid centrifugal series is distinguished by its intermediate guide bearing structure and non-immersed bearing structure, tailored to the varying lengths of extension into the container.

Service Policy
The goods provided by the seller must fully comply with the contractual requirements and be ideally suited for their intended design and construction purposes. They must meet or surpass all specified performance values and tolerances, and must be rigorously tested according to the contract and its attachments to demonstrate their capability and adherence to technical specifications and performance data.
Should any goods or components fail to meet contract stipulations, the seller is obligated to correct the defect and/or inspect and retest the goods at no cost to the buyer. This must be done within the agreed timeframe. If remedy is not possible, the buyer is entitled to reject the goods, prompting the seller to replace them or provide an acceptable alternative. This replacement must adhere to the original delivery schedule.
The seller must employ a robust quality assurance system, compliant with the stringent requirements of the IS09000 series 2000 edition. Additionally, the products must meet the HSE management system standards, specifically 0SHA180001/HSE.
The warranty period for the 4 pumps extends to 18 months from shipment or 12 months post-operation. During this time, any manufacturing defects will see parts replaced at no cost. If malfunctions occur due to the buyer’s actions, the supplier promises swift assistance. The warranty for replaced parts is one year.

Honestly, it depends on the order quantity and the season you place the order. The lead time of MOQ is about 30 to 45 days(Except for the selected brand).Generally speaking, we suggest that you start inquiry two months before the date you would like to get the product at your country.
