Top-Tier Service Policy
The goods supplied by us are guaranteed to fully meet the contractual specifications and are suitable for their intended design and construction purposes. They must meet or exceed all specified performance values and tolerances. Rigorous testing will be conducted as per contract conditions to ensure compliance with technical specifications and performance data.
Should any goods fail to meet contract stipulations, we will rectify the defect, inspect, and retest them for the buyer at no additional cost. This will be completed within a mutually agreed timeframe. If the issue cannot be resolved, the buyer reserves the right to reject the goods. In such cases, we will replace the defective items with suitable alternatives to fulfill contract requirements, ensuring completion within the original delivery schedule.
An effective quality assurance system, equivalent to the IS09000 series 2000 edition, will be implemented throughout the organizational process. All products will adhere to the HSE management system standards, specifically 0SHA180001/HSEo.
Our warranty for the 4 pumps extends to 18 months from the shipment date or 12 months post-operation. During this period, any manufacturing defects will be rectified free of charge. Any malfunctions due to buyer reasons will also receive timely assistance from us. Replaced parts come with a one-year warranty.

It does not matter if you do not have someone to complete files. Send us high resolution images, your logo and text and tell us how you would like to arrange them. We will send you finished files for confirmation.

3. What about the lead time for mass production?
Honestly, it depends on the order quantity and the season you place the order. The lead time of MOQ is about 30 to 45 days(Except for the selected brand).Generally speaking, we suggest that you start inquiry two months before the date you would like to get the product at your country.

4. What is your terms of delivery?
We accept EXW, FOB, C&F and CIF, etc. You can choose the one which is the most convenient or cost effective for you.
