The HCZ Series Standardized Chemical Pump is an exemplary horizontal, single-stage, single suction centrifugal pump. This advanced model adheres to the rigorous specifications of DIN24256/ISO2858 standards, ensuring top-notch reliability and performance.
The performance range of the HCZ Series Standardized Chemical Pumps not only encompasses the entire spectrum of the IH Series but also surpasses it in terms of efficiency, cavitation resistance, and overall operational metrics, making it a superior choice for demanding applications.
Built with adaptability in mind, the HCZ pump can be seamlessly interchanged with the IH type pump, ensuring straightforward integration and versatility as a standalone unit.

Application Range and Product Features
The pressure on the shaft seal is flawlessly balanced by balance holes on the secondary blades or impellers. The shaft seal can utilize soft packing, both cooled or uncooled.
Alternatively, various single and double-end mechanical seals can be employed, including balanced types for added reliability.
Durable ball bearings and ample shaft diameter ensure smooth operations. Select pump body specifications are designed with double screw shells to balance radial forces.
The bearing frame, encompassing the shaft, impeller, and packing box, forms a composite component allowing the pump body to be serviced without pipeline removal (using an extended coupling).
When utilizing the shaft, the motor remains intact. Designed with PN16 and PN25 flanges (material-dependent), also compatible with ANSI125 standards.
Supports up to 150 pounds per square inch for robust performance.

Service Policy
The goods provided by the seller must be meticulously designed and constructed to fully meet contractual requirements and intended use. They should exceed all performance values and tolerances, and must be rigorously tested in accordance with the contract and its attachments to prove their capability and compliance with technical specifications and performance data.
Should the goods or any part thereof fail to meet contract provisions, the seller is obligated to remedy the defect, inspect, and retest the goods at no additional cost to the buyer. This must be completed within an agreed timeframe. If correction is not feasible, the buyer can reject the goods, prompting the seller to replace them with suitable alternatives that meet contractual requirements, all within the original delivery schedule.
The seller must maintain an effective quality assurance system in line with the ISO 9000 series 2000 edition standards. Products must adhere to the HSE management system standard, specifically 0SHA180001/HSE.
Our pumps come with an 18-month warranty from the date of shipment or 12 months after operation, whichever is longer. Any manufacturing defects during this period will be addressed with free part replacements. Should any issues arise due to buyer's handling, the supplier will provide prompt assistance. The warranty period for replaced parts is one year.
