Service Policy
Our commitment is to deliver goods that fully adhere to contract specifications, ensuring they are designed and constructed for their intended use. They will meet or surpass all performance values and tolerances, with rigorous testing as per contract standards to validate their compliance and technical specifications.
Should any part of the goods fail to comply with contract terms, we will remedy the defect and retest the goods at no extra cost. If the defect cannot be rectified, the buyer reserves the right to reject the goods. In such cases, we will replace the rejected items with suitable alternatives within the agreed delivery time, ensuring it does not exceed the original contract date.

Our pumps come with an 18-month warranty from the shipment date or 12 months post-operation. 3. What about the lead time for mass production?
