Service Policy
All goods supplied by the seller must fully comply with contract specifications and be suitable for their intended use in both design and construction. They must meet or exceed all performance benchmarks and tolerances. The goods must be tested according to contract provisions and attachments to verify their capability and compliance with technical specifications and performance data.
Should any goods fail to comply with contract provisions, the seller is required to rectify the defect and/or inspect and retest the goods for the buyer without any financial constraints, completing the work within a mutually agreed timeframe. If the issue cannot be resolved, the buyer has the right to reject the goods. In this case, the seller must replace the rejected goods with suitable alternatives that meet contract requirements. The replacement must be completed within a delivery timeline that does not exceed the originally agreed contract delivery date.
The seller must implement a robust quality assurance system during the organizational process, matching the requirements of the IS09000 series 2000 edition. The products provided must also comply with the HSE management system standards, specifically 0SHA180001/HSEo.
The warranty period for the four pumps is 18 months from the date of shipment or 12 months after operation, whichever comes first. During this period, should any manufacturing quality issues arise, the supplier will replace parts at no charge. If malfunctions occur due to reasons attributable to the buyer, the supplier will offer prompt assistance. The supplier ensures a one-year warranty period for any replaced parts.
