The shaft seal pressure is expertly balanced via secondary blade or impeller balance holes. It offers flexible sealing options, including soft packing (with or without cooling).
Versatile sealing solutions with single and double end mechanical seals; balanced type available for various structures.
Durable ball bearings with ample shaft diameter ensure stable and smooth operation. Double screw shell designs in some pump body specifications balance radial forces.
The composite bearing frame, including the shaft, impeller, and packing box, allows for convenient maintenance without pipeline removal (when using extended coupling).

Service Policy
The products provided by the seller will fully adhere to the contract requirements, ensuring suitability for the intended design and construction uses. They will meet or exceed all performance standards and tolerances. Rigorous testing will be conducted as per the contract and its attachments to ensure compliance with the technical specifications and performance criteria.
Should any part of the goods fail to meet contract specifications, the seller must rectify the defects, perform inspections, and retest the goods for the buyer at no additional cost. All corrective actions must be completed within the timeframe agreed upon by both parties. If the goods cannot be rectified, the buyer reserves the right to reject them. In such cases, the seller must replace the defective goods with items that meet contract specifications, ensuring the replacement is completed by the originally agreed delivery date.
The seller is required to maintain an effective quality assurance system equivalent to the IS09000 series 2000 edition. The provided products must comply with the HSE management system standard, specifically 0SHA180001/HSE.
The warranty period for the 4 pumps is 18 months from the date of shipment or 12 months after operation, whichever comes first. During this period, any manufacturing defects will be rectified with free part replacements by the supplier. If any pump issues arise due to buyer actions, the supplier will also offer prompt assistance. The replaced parts will carry a one-year warranty.

3. What about the lead time for mass production?
Honestly, it depends on the order quantity and the season you place the order. The lead time of MOQ is about 30 to 45 days(Except for the selected brand).Generally speaking, we suggest that you start inquiry two months before the date you would like to get the product at your country.
