The HCZ series standardized chemical pumps deliver unmatched performance, encompassing and surpassing all the operational parameters of the IH series. With superior efficiency, enhanced cavitation resistance, and advanced performance metrics, these pumps set a new industry benchmark.
The HCZ series is meticulously crafted to be fully interchangeable with the IH type pump, providing seamless integration and operational flexibility as a standalone unit.

Application Range and Product Features
The pressure on the shaft seal is balanced by balance holes on the secondary blades or impellers, allowing for flexible sealing options including soft packing (cooled or non-cooled).
Various configurations of single and double end mechanical seals can also be implemented (balanced type available).
Durable ball bearings with ample shaft diameter ensure smooth and reliable operation. Select pump bodies are designed with double screw shells to balance radial forces effectively.
The bearing frame, incorporating the shaft, impeller, packing box, etc., forms a composite unit, enabling maintenance of the pump body without pipeline removal (when using an extended coupling).
Shaft utilization allows motor maintenance without removal. Flange design supports PN16 and PN25 (depending on material variations), and is also compatible with ANSI125 standards.
Rated for 125 pounds per square inch or 150 pounds per square inch, ensuring robust pressure handling capabilities.

Service Policy
The goods supplied by the seller are guaranteed to meet all contractual requirements, including suitability for the intended purpose in both design and construction. They must meet or exceed all specified performance standards and tolerances. Comprehensive testing, as outlined in the contract and its appendices, will be conducted to verify compliance with technical specifications and performance data.
Should any part of the goods fail to comply with the contract, the seller is obligated to rectify the defect. The seller will also inspect and retest the goods at no additional cost to the buyer. All corrections must be completed within the mutually agreed timeframe. If the goods cannot be corrected, the buyer reserves the right to reject them, necessitating the seller to replace the rejected goods with compliant ones. Replacement must be completed within the original contract's delivery schedule.
The seller is required to implement a rigorous quality assurance system in line with the ISO9000 series 2000 edition standards. Additionally, the products must adhere to the HSE management system standard, specifically 0SHA180001/HSE.
The warranty for the 4 pumps extends to 18 months from the shipment date or 12 months post-operation, whichever comes first. During this period, any manufacturer-related defects will be rectified free of charge. In the event of buyer-induced malfunctions, the supplier commits to providing prompt assistance. Replaced parts are covered by a one-year warranty.

Yes. We have a professional team having rich experience in design and manufacturing. Just tell us your idea and we will help to carry out your ideas. It does not matter if you do not have someone to complete files. Send us high resolution images, your logo and text and tell us how you would like to arrange them. We will send you finished files for confirmation.

3. What about the lead time for mass production?
Honestly, it depends on the order quantity and the season you place the order. The lead time of MOQ is about 30 to 45 days(Except for the selected brand).Generally speaking, we suggest that you start inquiry two months before the date you would like to get the product at your country.

4. What is your terms of delivery?
We accept EXW, FOB, C&F and CIF, etc. You can choose the one which is the most convenient or cost effective for you.
