Service Policy
The seller must ensure that the goods provided fully align with the contract requirements and are fit for their intended design and construction purposes. They must meet or surpass all performance values and tolerances. The goods must be tested according to contract provisions and attachments to demonstrate compliance with technical specifications and performance data.
If any part of the goods fails to comply with the contract provisions, the seller must rectify the defect and/or inspect and retest the goods at no additional cost to the buyer. This must be done within the mutually agreed timeframe. If remediation is not possible, the buyer has the right to reject the goods. In such cases, the seller must replace the rejected goods or provide suitable alternatives that meet contract requirements, ensuring completion within the original delivery date.
The seller must implement an effective quality assurance system in line with the ISO9000 series 2000 edition standards. The products must also comply with the HSE management system standard OSH180001/HSE requirements.
The warranty period for the pumps is 18 months from the shipment date or 12 months after operational use, whichever comes first. During this time, any manufacturing quality issues will be rectified free of charge. Should any malfunctions occur due to buyer-related reasons, the supplier will offer prompt assistance. The warranty for replaced parts extends for one year.

It does not matter if you do not have someone to complete files. Send us high resolution images, your logo and text and tell us how you would like to arrange them. We will send you finished files for confirmation.

3. What about the lead time for mass production?
Honestly, it depends on the order quantity and the season you place the order. The lead time of MOQ is about 30 to 45 days(Except for the selected brand).Generally speaking, we suggest that you start inquiry two months before the date you would like to get the product at your country.

4. What is your terms of delivery?
We accept EXW, FOB, C&F and CIF, etc. You can choose the one which is the most convenient or cost effective for you.
